I am curious as to what CAST training trains one to accomplish.
You are right about Toronto. It is a beautiful and very cosmopolitan city. I have not been in Toronto since 1999. Much overdue for a visit. Canadian cities have a very different character compared to American cities.
I prayed for your safe return home, and that your goals for this trip be met.
